AmpliComm Solutions Private Limited (“Company”) offers the complete e-commerce business strategy and execution including online brand building, website enhancement recommendations, marketplace listing and operations management, digital performance marketing, SEO, reporting and customized technology solutions that may be developed by it from time to time in order to provide its Services through the Platform.
The Company maintains appropriate written internal policies and control procedures for governing the Platform.
The following “Disclaimers” shall apply to Information (as defined below) collected on and Services provided by the Company on/through the Platform:
1.1. All information published and disseminated on the Platform is provided by the customers of the Company i.e. the users of the Platform of the Company (“Information”).
1.2. The user assumes the entire risk that may be associated with the use of the Information through the Platform. The Information posted on the Platform, the results and the other tools offered may not be suitable for all. It is clarified that only such information that is relating to the products of the users shall remain the property of and belong to the users and any liability in respect thereof shall be that of the user.
1.6. This is a private Platform owned by the Company and therefore any unauthorized scanning, use or exploitation of the same is strictly prohibited. If any user is found to do so, the Company may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such user which shall be entirely at their costs and consequences.

The Company and its associates, group companies, directors, employees, agents or representatives make no representations or warranties express or implied in relation to the Platform, Information or results provided on the Platform.
2.2. The Company disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting from and arising out of, or in any way related to:

4.1. If any provision of this Disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this Disclaimer.
