After a five-year stint at Kirloskar Oil Engines, he moved to head Kirloskar Copeland - India's leading compressor manufacturer, as its MD and CEO. He grew the topline of the company five-folds while at the helm. Gopal recently exited SLK Global Solutions after its successful acquisition by Coforge and is now jumping into an entirely new industry.

When he is not busy building his own businesses, he spends time beaming his passion of entrepreneurship to young entrepreneurs through his clear business fundamentals and guiding principles. He is a proverbial family man and thinks of his professional team as his family too. When he is not surfing the tides of business, he can be spotted in gear surfing the waves as he is also a passionate and competitive national-level windsurfer.

Gopal completed his engineering from the US in the late 80s.

Manoj has over 25 years of experience working with some of India’s leading branded organizations such as Spencers.in, Meragrocer, O2O, Edabba.com & Ezone. He has created successful brands around consumer durables, grocery, and e-tailing. Known to be a visionary & business transformer, he will be leading Amplicomm as the CEO.

Vivek has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Company’s offerings. He has more than 22 years of professional experience during which time he has worked with leading Business Process Management (BPM) providers such as Infosys, Cognizant, Firstsource and Altisource. He is a seasoned business professional with experience of working in multiple geographies including India, Philippines, and USA as well as across verticals such as Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Utilities and Title and Tax. He is an expert at leading large profitable operations with a deep customer focus.

Vivek is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Varanasi and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.

Rishi is responsible for setting up key management functions, providing inputs on business and strategic planning, overseeing budget and resource allocation, and reviewing reporting to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Rishi brings over 25 years of diverse corporate experience across a wide spectrum of industries like IT, direct marketing, heavy engineering, BPM, and consulting. He has been instrumental in setting up new functions and practices to enable companies in achieving exponential growth.

Rishi has done his Master’s in HR at the University of Pune. A widely travelled professional, Rishi is fond of hiking.

Dharmendra is a Chief Technology Officer. His role ranges from defining, designing, and developing products, and building a high-performing team under New and Renew models to transforming the customer's digital journeys.

Dharmendra comes with 24 years of leadership experience in building high scale SaaS platforms & products covering engineering, architecture, and technology strategy as well as powering digital & cloud-based journeys at Honeywell, IBM, Accenture, Infosys, driving Omni channels and transforming digital journey for retailers, manufacturers, and CPG players.

He is B. Tech (Hons) IIT Kharagpur, 1996. He enjoys swimming, playing chess, badminton, and meditation.

Puneet is the Vice President – Operations and Account Management where his involvement brings solid functional expertise in e-commerce operations, supply chain, and customer service.

He has spent a decade in start-ups and carries a rich diverse exposure across categories like medicine, jewellery, and furniture. He has built operations from scratch and has led efficiency improvement at scale.

Puneet is an alumnus of IIT BHU, Varanasi, and an MBA from the University of Bath, England.

Mohit is Vice President – Marketing. As a Full Stack Marketer, he has hands-on experience in Brand Strategy, Ecommerce Sales, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, User Experience, and Design.

Mohit has spent more than 16 years in Marketing and Ecommerce. Having set up Digital Marketing practices at companies like Koovs, Reliance Trends, and Duroflex, Mohit now Leads the Marketing Function at Amplicomm.

Mohit has an MBA in Advertising & Marketing Communications. He frequents marketing events as a speaker and also shares his knowledge and thoughts as Guest Blogger on emerging Marketing Trends.
